Modern design and great sound isolation. Walking distance to public transportation with easy access to the city center. Local fast-food options and a bakery nearby. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficient A/C instead of a traditional heater.

The room was clean and modern, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a short walk to the train station and there were restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
There were a few things that we didn't like about the hotel. there was no breakfast offered, and there were no nearby options to have breakfast with small children.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with PLEASANT personal, and offers handy location short walk to the train station, supermarket and center. Trudering - Riem is a district that deserves exploring.

Convenient location and comfortable rooms make this hotel an excellent choice for travelers. The hotel is located near a train station, which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are simple but clean and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the nearby cafe is delicious. there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for convenience.
The hotel provides limited toiletries, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

I loved the hotel's location as it was very close to the railway station and it was easy to reach the city center without any hassles. the area had some great restaurants nearby, and I even found a delicious bakery just a few minutes away. The hotel facilities were great, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of both my room and the public areas.

Loved the modern rooms at B&B, especially the comfy beds. Although, I had no bathroom privacy with just a sliding door. the superb location near a bakery and bio market made up for it. definitely recommend for a budget stay in Munich.
